Oliver Puig
Chimney Sweep

Experience: 2 years

Hometown: Lake Hopatcong, NJ

I have a 27-acre wood lot and a homestead.  I do all my heating and cooking with wood.  I have three children in college and 50 head of hogs.  I enjoy climbing trees and contemplating the meaning of life.

What I love about Chimney Savers:

The best thing for me is when I’m up high on top of a roof or chimney, and I realize I’m terrified. There is a peaceful humility in the awareness of our human frailty. It is in this humility that I am motivated to always do my best and to give a little more than is expected of me.
