Includes a sweeping if needed and in depth safety assessment of all the areas of the chimney (Internal Camera scan, 30 point inspection, and assessment of exterior masonry if safely accessible).

This includes a typed inspection report with pictures of the damage. It’s very similar to a home inspection report but specifically about the chimney system.
Dryer Vent Servicing

For a sweep and inspection of a dryer vent system (only $229 if done in combination with other flue servicing)
Emergency Visit or Out-of-Service Area Charge
For emergency service calls or for clients outside of our service area, there’s an additional $100.00 minimum service charge.

All of our chimney technicians are certified through the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA), the certifying body for chimney professionals. Not every other company can say this. You don’t have to be CSIA-certified to sweep a chimney; however, it is Chimney Savers’ standard to bring only the most knowledgeable and skilled professionals into your home.
Our standard chimney sweep and inspection includes a thorough sweeping of the flue and an inspection of your entire chimney and heating system. Our inspection, which satisfies the National Fire Protection Agency’s Level 2 inspection, includes the chimney above the roof (if roof is safely accessible), the chimney throughout the house (including the attic), and a 26-point inspection specific to your appliance.
Finally, Chimney Savers has a “No Mess Guarantee.” Our technicians use the utmost care to protect your home from dirt and damage while servicing your chimney, and we take pride in leaving your home as clean or cleaner than when we arrived.
If our technician has any recommendations to make your system more efficient, or comply with current safety standards, a “fixed price” proposal will come shortly after our inspection (if requested).
